Let's say your spouse bought you a new expensive camera for a photography class at the local community college. As you're heading out the door for your first class, you drop the camera and it breaks into several pieces.

With most policies you’d be out of luck. But Motorists Condo Owners Advantage will pay to repair or replace your camera.

Another advantage of our condo coverage is that it provides greater financial protection by offering you full-replacement cost or repair at today's prices. Here’s how it works.

Suppose your television set you bought several years ago for $325 is destroyed by fire. Without Replacement Cost Coverage, you are paid the actual cash value of the set at the time of loss–let's say $175. But inflation has driven up the cost of a comparable set to $375. With your Homeowners Advantage policy, we pay you the full $375, less your deductible.

You also have the advantage of additional property coverage.

• $2,500 for loss caused by water backup of sewers, drains or overflow of a sump.
• $5,000 coverage for the unauthorized use of your credit cards and ATM cards.
• $5,000 coverage for loss (by theft) of silverware and goldware.
• $2,000 coverage for the loss of jewelry, furs and watches.
• $1,000 coverage for personal property used for business while away from your home.
• $1,000 coverage for removal of debris of trees and other plants.
• $500 to replace refrigerated food(s) spoiled because of a power failure or mechanical breakdowns.
• $500 coverage to replace your exterior door locks if your keys are lost or stolen.
• $400 coverage for the loss of money.
• Personal Property coverage for immediate family members who live in a nursing home  (Up to 5% of the amount of personal property coverage of your home).

Expanded liability coverage is yet another advantage that our Condo Owners Advantage policy gives you. If you are legally liable for bodily injury or property damage, we pay the damages.
