Driving Instructions to the Motorists Building

The Motorists Building is located at 471 East Broad Street in Downtown Columbus. Parking is located at the rear of the building at 460 Oak Street.

From the North:

Exit from I-71 at Broad Street. Turn LEFT on Broad Street and RIGHT on Parsons Avenue (first intersection past I-71). Go to the first light and turn
RIGHT on Oak Street. Cross back over I-71 and continue beyond the light
at Washington Street. Motorists parking lot is on your LEFT, immediately
after you pass through the intersection at Washington Street.

From the South:

Exit from I-71 at Broad Street. Turn RIGHT on Broad Street and RIGHT on Parsons Avenue (first intersection past I-71). Go to the first light and turn
RIGHT on Oak Street. Cross back over I-71 and continue beyond the light
at Washington Street. Motorists parking lot is on your LEFT, immediately
after you pass through the intersection at Washington Street.

From the East:

From Westbound I-70, take I-71 North (Cleveland). Exit from I-71 at Broad Street. Turn RIGHT on Broad Street and RIGHT on Parsons Avenue (first intersection past I-71). Go to the first light and turn RIGHT on Oak Street.
Cross back over I-71 and continue beyond the light at Washington Street. Motorists parking lot is on your LEFT, immediately after you pass through
the intersection at Washington Street.

From the West:

Take I-70 Eastbound into Downtown Columbus. Merge LEFT onto I-71
North (Cleveland) from Eastbound I-70. Exit from I-71 at Broad Street
(1st exit). Turn RIGHT on Broad Street and RIGHT on Parsons Avenue
(first intersection). Go to the first light and turn RIGHT on Oak Street.
Cross back over I-71 and continue beyond the light at Washington Street. Motorists parking lot is on your LEFT, immediately after you pass through
the intersection at Washington Street.

Entering the Building

	Enter the building from Oak Street.
	Go toward the “Lobby” sign at the end of the corridor. Elevators are at the right. Take the elevators to the floor marked "Lobby."
	Turn right from the elevator, follow the long corridor across the skywalk and take the escalator down to the Motorists receptionist. The Motorists receptionist will assist you.

Leaving the Motorists Building

Directions to I-71 North and I-670 East

Turn RIGHT onto Oak Street from the Motorists parking lot. Turn LEFT at Washington (the first traffic light at the end of the block). Travel NORTH on Washington to Long Street. Turn RIGHT on Long Street. Stay in the left lane on Long Street (Long Street is one-way EAST). The entrance ramp to I-71 North is on your LEFT. The I-670 East Ramp is on your RIGHT, immediately after you enter I-71 North.

Directions to I-71 South and I-70 West

Turn RIGHT onto Oak Street from the Motorists parking lot. Turn LEFT at Washington (the first traffic light at the end of the block). Turn RIGHT on Broad Street (first traffic light). Continue East on Broad Street to entrance ramp to I-71 South, which is on your RIGHT.

To get to I-70 West, stay in the RIGHT lane. I-71 South merges with I-70 West. Follow the signs to continue on I-70 West.

Directions to I-70 East

Turn RIGHT onto Oak Street from the Motorists parking lot. Turn RIGHT at Washington (the first traffic light at the end of the block). Turn RIGHT on Front St. (second traffic light – one way). Turn LEFT on 3rd Street (one way) follow to entrance ramp to I-70 East.
